Assistant Director, Work Health and Safety (WHS)


As the Assistant Director, Work Health and Safety (WHS), you will play a strategic and hands-on role in designing, leading and embedding best practice in workplace safety and wellbeing.

You will shape systems and initiatives that not only promote well-being but genuinely improve the employee experience. You will work with a committed, values-driven executive team and influence leaders to build and maintain safe, productive workplaces. You’ll be in a leadership position that operates with a high degree of autonomy and impact, providing authoritative advice to senior executives on complex rehabilitation and/or WHS matters and leading a team supporting a strong safety culture in line with legislative obligations, employment laws and APS values.
